TenStep Romania is organizing on 13-16 September a new training course “Introduction to CMMI®”. This official SEI course is addressed to all those interested to apply CMMI® for Development model to improving processes and is also a prerequisite for participating as team member on a SCAMPI A appraisal.

For companies in services area: The fourth day is an extension dedicated to CMMI for SERVICES model, applicable to any kind of business based on services. Before registering for this course, participants must have successfully completed the 3-day Introduction to CMMI course.

Audience:

· Quality Managers and other professionals in charge with process improvement

· Project Managers interested to improve their processes

· SCAMPI A appraisal team members

· Anyone who is interested process improvement based on CMMI model

After attending the course, participants will be able:

· to describe the components of CMMI models and their relationships

· discuss the process areas in CMMI models, and locate relevant information in the model

· additionally, the course helps participants to make valid judgments regarding their organization’s implementation of practices

· will be able to describe the CMMI model · discuss the model’s process areas and locate relevant information in the model.
